Exactly when we receive a new batch of paintings can vary a lot. It can be anywhere from 2 weeks between each time to 3 months. This depends on demand, of course, but we always try to have something exciting for sale. Now that we're gradually growing bigger, the selection will become even larger and better.

Unfortunately, that's not possible. We are an online gallery where all transactions take place online. This enables us to keep prices down and offer a product that provides great value for money to all our customers, as well as being accessible to everyone.

Yes, indeed! All our paintings are hand-painted by our three artists Dileepa Jeewantha, Elena Mar and Anette Brekke. All are very talented, and have up to 20 years of experience within the art field. Read more in "About us". 

If you order a custom painting from us, you are free to choose from many different sizes and motifs. You can have anything you want painted, but there is, of course, a maximum limit for the size of the painting, as it needs to be shipped by mail. Feel free to send us your proposal, and we'll take it from there.

What we have in stock varies and can range from nature to more abstract motifs. The artist is free to choose what they create and send, which makes it exciting for us to explore what comes. Sometimes we also make suggestions to explore diversity more, such as Norwegian motifs.

Typically, we have a good selection of nature images, animal pictures, and abstract motifs available for sale.

Things you can do to take the best possible care of a painting:

• Avoid direct sunlight. The painting can become discolored if exposed to strong light for extended periods.

• Ensure it is kept in a dry place with a stable temperature. Moisture can quickly damage paintings and should be avoided. It's also best for the painting if the room temperature remains largely consistent over time. Significant temperature differences can damage the painting over time.

• Do not clean the painting with a cloth, soap, and/or water. Instead, use a soft brush to gently dust it off. (Paintings generally stay in good condition and rarely need cleaning).

• Avoid touching the painting extensively, as fingerprints and oils from the skin can cause damage.

There are several apps available that can provide insight into how an artwork looks on a wall. Apps like "Smartist" and "Artrooms" are good for this purpose. You can input your own living room, for example, and see how the painting illuminates the space.

"Amai" means turtle in Tamil, the main language in Sri Lanka.
